A Digital Wellness Nonprofit 〰️
What do we do?
We empower and equip young people with the tools, knowledge, and practices to build a healthier tech-life balance through our social media detox and educational program.
-
We spread awareness by giving teens direct experiential understanding by leading them through our action-driven school program. We give youth clear direction and knowledge of how and why investing in building a healthier relationship with tech drives wellbeing. They can choose to try their school-specific guided month-long detox, and will be introduced to our guest speaking keynotes, presentations, small group work, and youth leadership training.
-
We drive large-scale behavioral change for young people by committing to digital wellness challenges: Our ‘No Social Media November’ movement leads teen groups and families to discover a customizable temporary change in behavior that can lead to profound positive changes.
-
Participants attend and lead in-person and virtual community events, fostering authentic connections and healthy alternatives to screen time. Our community engagement events are centered around activities like meditations, peer support discussions, and nature walks to deepen self-awareness and participants' connection to others.

NoSo Features in Publications:
“It was an awesome experience for me. Far less challenging than I anticipated. I had more time on my hands to write poetry, create art, see family and friends. I was more present when off of my phone. I was not comparing myself to other peoples feeds.”
